Why it exists

When an AI product lets you down, it’s hard to tell if it’s just you. Complaints end up scattered across Reddit threads, X replies and support tickets nobody else can see. My AI Gripe puts them in one public place: you can find your problem, add your voice, see what worked for other people, and see whether the company ever answered.

It’s pro-AI. These tools are worth fixing, and a clear, de-duplicated record of what’s broken is the fastest way to get them fixed.

Who runs it

My AI Gripe is built and run by Neil, an independent builder, through Conquest Commerce LLC. It isn’t funded by, owned by or affiliated with any AI company.

Our promise: the independence pledge

• Problems are ranked only by how many people say they’ve hit them.
• No company can pay to move, hide or remove a problem, or to change its numbers.
• Companies start as “Not yet notified”. A reply clock only starts once we’ve notified the company and logged the date, channel and recipient, or it has claimed its page. “No reply” only appears after at least 14 days. How we notify companies.
• Official responses are labeled, and we verify they came from the company before publishing them.
• Posts with links are reviewed before they appear, and links always show as plain text, so scam “refund” links can’t spread here.
• We remove posts that break our rules, such as personal data or posts about private people. We don’t remove accurate first-hand reports just because a company dislikes them.
