Rules and terms
Last updated: October 28, 2026
My AI Gripe is run by Neil through Conquest Commerce LLC. By posting or voting here you agree to these rules. They’re short on purpose.
What to post
- Your own experience with an AI product: what you did, what happened, and what you expected.
- Be accurate. Say what happened, not what you guess a company intended.
- Workarounds should be things you actually tried.
- Posts with links (or anything that looks like a web address) are reviewed before they appear. Approved links show as plain text, not clickable links.
What not to post
- Personal data, yours or anyone else’s: emails, phone numbers, addresses, account or order IDs, payment details, screenshots that show them.
- Names of, or attacks on, private individuals, including individual support agents or employees.
- Harassment, hate, threats, spam, advertising, or anything illegal.
- Content you don’t have the right to share.
Posts naming private individuals or containing personal data get removed. Anyone can use the Report button on a post or workaround. After several reports, an item is hidden until we review it.
What happens to what you post
- Posts, workarounds and vote counts are public.
- We may merge duplicates, hide or remove posts that break these rules, or remove personal data from them.
- The person who posted a problem can add detail to it for 7 days. Email us if you want your post removed.
About what you read here
- Problems and workarounds are written by users and reflect their own experience. We don’t verify them, except official company responses, which are labeled.
- “Not yet notified” means we haven’t notified the company and it hasn’t claimed its page. It isn’t a judgment of the company. See how we notify companies.
- Workarounds are suggestions from other people, not professional, legal or financial advice. Try them at your own risk.
- The site is provided as is. It may change, have errors, or be unavailable.
