If something on My AI Gripe shouldn’t be here, tell us. A person reviews every request.

What we remove

• Personal data, such as emails, phone numbers, addresses, account or order IDs, or payment details.
• Posts that name or target private individuals.
• Harassment, hate, threats, spam, or illegal content.
• Content posted without the right to share it.
• Your own post, if you ask us to remove it.

What we don’t remove

We don’t take down accurate, first-hand reports about a company’s product only because the company disagrees with them. Companies can claim their page and respond publicly instead, and the response appears next to the problem.

How to ask

1. For a quick flag, use the Report button on the post or workaround. After several reports it’s hidden until we review it.
2. For anything else, email [email protected] with the subject “Takedown request”. Include the link, what’s wrong with it, and how it involves you.

We reply by email and tell you what we did. While we review, we may hide the post.
