What to try first
- Check the plan’s own usage page to see what used your allowance and when it resets.
- Use a smaller or cheaper model for routine work, and keep the big model for hard tasks.
- Trim what you send: shorter prompts, fewer attached files, fewer tools or agents running at once.
- If usage dropped with no work, or you get limit errors with allowance left, ask support to check your usage around the reset. Ask for a credit if it was their bug.
