What to try first
- Don’t delete or reinstall anything yet. Missing items often come back once a sync or an outage clears.
- Check the status page, then sign out and back in, and look on another device or in the web version.
- Check the archive, the search, and any export or data-download option.
- Contact support with what went missing, when you last saw it, and the exact error. Ask them not to purge the data while they look.
