What to try first
- Check the company’s status page first. If there’s an incident, it isn’t you, and waiting is the fix.
- Try a different model, device or browser, or the app instead of the web, to see if only one path is broken.
- Update the app, then fully quit and reopen it.
- If it’s still broken after the incident is resolved, contact support with the exact error and the time it happened.
