What to try first
- Use the company’s official appeal or sign-in help only. Ignore anyone offering to “recover” your account.
- Try signing in the way you first signed up (Google, Apple or email), and check your spam folder for their emails.
- If you pay for the plan, say so in your appeal, with the email on the account and the date it happened.
- Don’t open a second account while the appeal is open. Some companies treat that as ban evasion.
